The PROFI S200 and PROFI S350 stone grinding machines are the result of close cooperation with the racing departments of various ski manufacturers, World Cup specialists and snowboard associations. The PROFI S200 is equipped with parameter-controlled racing structures for alpine and Nordic skis.
The triple stone storage and a programmable grinding pressure curve enable precise structuring. With a Reichmann PROFI S200 stone grinding machine you have the opportunity to offer your customers professional racing service.
Integrated structure consultant
To support you in selecting the structures, the PROFI S200 stone grinding machine has a color 8-inch touch display with a preview function and an integrated structure advisor. In addition, there is still enough storage space for your own structures and thus for the adaptation to demanding target groups.
Reproducible structures
The stone grinding machine is already equipped with a stored structure library ex works. This offers all variants that enable customer-oriented processing of the current ski types.
Race feed for even more precise results
With the Race feed you get the best out of your PROFI S200. With the individual pressure regulation of the air-filled feed roller, you can react precisely to the circumstances and adjust the pressure. This gives you smooth transitions in contours and structures on the ski surface. In this way, the structuring result is even more precise and you can offer your customers a ski service with World Cup structures.
Efficient grinding
The split structure option of the 200 mm stone enables a one-step pre-grinding and finish structure, without wasting time and material. Due to the 3-point centering you will get reproducible and precise symmetric structures every time – also by using it split.
