Redesign of the rental area at Mammoth mountain ski area
Mammoth Mountain, the largest ski resort in California and one of the largest ski resorts in the USA, is very popular with guests due to its high mountains, excellent snow conditions and sunny weather. Of course, an all-round satisfying guest experience also includes an efficient rental process. To further increase the efficiency of the rental process, Mammoth Mountain Ski Area has undergone several redesigns in recent years and invested in Reichmann rental systems.
According to Rental Director Ben Stranger, the redesign of the rental areas with the Reichmann rental systems has noticeably improved the overall guest experience. The Reichmann racks offer a very high storage capacity, which has increased the amount of inventory stored. Short distances for the rental staff increase the efficiency of the rental process. Ben Stranger also emphasizes the longevity of the storage systems and the good support from Reichmann.

This is what characterizes the smooth-running rail system:
- 90° angle of the rail allows dirt to simply fall off. This ensures smooth gliding even when fully loaded
- robust rail set consisting of 2 or 3 mm thick stainless steel rails (depending on the length of the racks)
- durable castors adapted to the maximum possible load of the rack
