The KFM-U steel edge finishing machine ensures perfect base edges and maximum customer satisfaction thanks to the best turning behavior for alpine skis. It forms the foundation for edge tuning and is therefore an absolute must for every ski service workshop. With this proven and continuously improved machine, you can achieve an outstanding edge grinding result in the smallest space. In order to be able to use it flexibly, the machine is supplied in a mobile version as standard.

Perfect edge sharpness

The KFM-U base finishing machine gives base edges a mirrored finish for easy turning and better edge grip. The circumferential wheel tunes the base edges without rounding off the edges or generating burrs, thus both base edges can be polished and bevelled in one step. Thanks to the automatic feed wheel, as well as the mechanical lifting device, the KFM-U achieves consistent results.

We use the KFM-U edge finishing machine from Reichmann in our ski rental shop in Zell am See. The machine is ideal for us because we get a perfect tuning result for the base edges in the smallest space.
