Patented VARIO belts.
The "New Base Technology" grinding technology developed by Reichmann revolutionizes the traditional belt grinding process. With the newly developed pre-grinding and structuring belts, you can pre-grind your skis and boards in high quality and structure them at the same time. The special ceramic belts of the PROFI B VARIO achieve a grinding result similar to stone grinding.

With the VARIO structure belt, stone-like structures for skis and snowboards can be created in high quality. In this way, convex and concave snowboards can also be optimally structured.
Extremely maintenance-friendly
Thanks to its simple and compact design, the PROFI B VARIO is extremely easy to maintain and guarantees you maximum availability at the lowest possible maintenance costs. The filter is very easy to see and can therefore be changed easily.
Simple operation
You can switch easily and quickly between pre-grinding and structure grinding via the touch panel. Pre-programmed sequence programs ensure consistently good grinding results regardless of the operator.
Efficient and ergonomic working
Thanks to the pneumatic pressure control and the integrated lifting device for the feed roller, the grinding pressures can be set even more precisely and the user has to invest less force. Benefit from fast, fatigue-free work with improved grinding results at the same time.
Flexible equipment
Four equipment variants are available to meet your individual needs, ranging from the basic machine to the Vario machine with feed and side edge. This allows the grinding machine to be optimally adapted to your intended use.
