This means that you use very little material and energy. In addition, the skiing properties and wax absorption of the base are not affected.

High-quality and long-lasting repair results.

The modern melting techology generates hardly any fumes or harmful vapors. Tests have shown that the local repair significantly improves the durability of the repair material and the connection between the base and the repair material. So you benefit from a very high repair quality and long-lasting results.

No time-consuming regrinding.

Since the POLYMAT PRO does not cover the complete base with base repair material during melting, no time-consuming regrinding of the ski or snowboard is necessary. This saves you a lot of time and material. So you get the equipment back into top shape in a flash.

Simple control and remote maintenance.

The intuitive user interface allows you to control the repair process effortlessly. And in case you need assistance, we also offer remote maintenance access.

FAQs

Polymat Pro FAQ (ENG)

Thanks to its upright design, the Polymat Pro takes up very little space in the workshop. It is important to ensure a wall clearance of 300 mm to the right-hand side for access to the pneumatic and electrical connections and a wall clearance of 500 mm to the left-hand side for installing the machine. The door width for insertion should be at least 80 cm.

Skis melted with Polymat Pro do not require any additional grinding.

The sensitivity of the scratch detection can be influenced manually and adjusted as required on the control panel.

The Polymat Pro can be melted in the colors black, transparent and mixed, depending on the color of the ski or board base.

A series of tests has shown that the local melting process of Polymat Pro significantly improves the durability of the repair material compared to conventional melting processes.

The processing time of the Polymat Pro is highly dependent on the number of scratches and damages to the base. Different programs can also be selected for use in rental operations, for customer skis or racing skis, which differ in the sensitivity of scratch detection. This also results in longer or shorter melting times.

Targeted, localized melting saves a great deal of material and energy costs. In addition, significantly fewer vapors are produced that are harmful to the environment and health. This ensures an improved indoor climate and protects the health of workshop personnel.

In contrast to conventional automatic base repair machines, the Polymat Pro does not cover the entire base of the ski or snowboard with repair material. Instead, only the damaged areas of the base are identified and melted.

No results.
