Ill-fitting and, above all, oversized ski boots with too much forefoot clearance are a widespread problem among skiers. Ski boots that are too big lack the necessary support, which impairs performance, comfort and skiing enjoyment.
This problem is a thing of the past with the SKIMULATOR. The SKIMULATOR is an innovative tool that imitates the decline (alpine) or incline (touring) of a ski slope. This allows the customer to determine the optimum ski boot size and shape under real conditions and achieve a much more precise result.
Available in Simplex or Duplex version
The SKIMULATOR is available with simplex binding rails for alpine ski boots or alternatively with duplex binding rails for alpine and touring ski boots. Both versions have a 3-way adjustable foot/leg distance and a safety lever. The ski bindings are adjustable for sizes from 32 to 48.
Precise & simple
Customers are clipped into the SKIMULATOR's integrated ski bindings and brought into the typical downhill or uphill position. A three-colour display shows the gradient in accordance with international slope standards (blue, red, black). The optimum fit is achieved when the toes are in a slightly forward or backward inclined position in the ski boot. Otherwise the ski boot is too big.
