The Slope Master S automatic stone grinding machine is already an absolute highlight as a stand-alone variant. The extra-wide grinding stone can be dressed in up to three zones for pre-grinding, basic grinding and structure grinding. This gives you the same performance and service quality in the shortest possible time and without intermediate dressing as a machine with two or three grinding stones. Slope Master SK
The Slope Master SK combines the Slope Master S automatic stone grinding machine with the Reichmann DTS-U II RACE edge tuning machine. This way you get an extremely compact automatic machine for base and edge grinding in best Reichmann service quality. With the Slope Master, you benefit from a low installation effort and easy maintenance thanks to its simple design.
Slope Master SK with loading system
The new loading magazine makes the Slope Master even more efficient. Load the machine with 2 pairs of skis or 2 snowboards and use the complete time until the unloading of the finished winter sports equipment for other activities. The automated conveyor loads and unloads alpine skis, cross-country skis as well as snowboards of different shapes and sizes.

Material and time-saving grinding
The extra wide grinding stone can be dressed for alpine skis & jump skis in two zones for pre-grinding and structure grinding. For cross-country skis, even three zones are possible for pre-grinding, base grinding and structure grinding. Parallel processing on one stone without intermediate dressing saves you time and material.

I said to Stefan Reichmann 10 years ago that if you ever brought a small stone grinding robot like the Slope Master onto the market, I would like to be the first to have this machine in my workshop. The Slope Master has extremely compact dimensions, measuring 14.1 feet in length, 3.7 feet in width, and 4.9 feet in height. In standby mode (with side supports folded), the dimensions are 5.9 feet in length, 3.7 feet in width, and 7.2 feet in height.

Depending on the space available in the workshop, there are three installation options to choose from. As a stand-alone solution, the Slope Master S can be placed back-to-back with the DTS-U II Race. Both machines can also be set up anywhere in the room as stand-alone units. Ideally, they should be placed in a corner so that the ski can be placed directly into the inlet of the DTS-U II from the outlet of the Slope Master without having to walk. The third option is the Slope Master SK as a combined grinding machine for bases and edges with an installation length of less than 5 meters.
The Slope Master is ideal for small and medium-sized service workshops with limited space who want to benefit from the advantages of a fully automatic grinding machine.
