Slope Master

Probably the smallest grinding robot for skis & boards

Passion for the ultimate tune

Get to know better some of our SLOPE MASTER customers and find out, why this machine fits perfectly their needs.

Material and time-saving grinding

The extra wide grinding stone can be dressed for alpine skis & jump skis in two zones for pre-grinding and structure grinding. For cross-country skis, even three zones are possible for pre-grinding, base grinding and structure grinding. Parallel processing on one stone without intermediate dressing saves you time and material.

Intuitive operation

The new user interface in "Dark Mode" guarantees simplified readability and fast, intuitive operation. With the help of the newly launched structure simulator, users can easily visualize and create their own structures.

Universally applicable

The Race Package of the Slope Master offers automatic adjustment of the stone height to match stone consumption as well as an innovative transport system. It transports skis and boards of various types, from children's skis to alpine skis, cross-country skis, twintips or rock skis, and even jump skis, automatically without a binding bridge. This facilitates and accelerates the work and makes the Slope Master universally applicable.

Convincing structure results

Choose from a variety of existing structures or create your own structure variants on the intuitive touch panel. The high-quality structure results in best Reichmann quality will convince you and your customers.

Proven Reichmann edge grinding

The Slope Master S can be connected to the DTS-U II Race edge tuning machine to form the Slope Master SK. The result is impressive: Fully automatic base and edge grinding in best Reichmann service quality.
Alternatively, you can also use the two machines efficiently separately. Learn more about Reichmann edge grinding.

Available in two versions for different requirement

I said to Stefan Reichmann 10 years ago that if you ever brought a small stone grinding robot like the Slope Master onto the market, I would like to be the first to have this machine in my workshop. For my workshop, the island solution of Slope Master S and DTS-U II Race is perfect because it allows me to make the best use of my space and operate both machines with one person. When deciding on a new machine, the personal aspect also counts for me. We have had very good contact with Reichmann for many years and appreciate the trusting and friendly relationship.

Island solution with DTS-U II Race

Back to back with the DTS-U II RACE edge tuning machine, the Slope Master S fits perfectly in the Sport Speiser workshop and can be operated efficiently by one person.

Stand-Alone with DTS-U II RACE

At Skirennservice Fleissner, the ski can be inserted directly into the DTS-U II RACE from the outfeed of the Slope Master by one machine operator.

Slope Master SK fully automatic robot

Sporthaus Meyer in Andermatt opted for the space-saving Slope Master SK fully automatic robot for base and edge with a total length of just 4.75 meters.

Yes, a total of approx. 60 finishes and 18 pre-grinding structures are stored at the factory for skis, boards, and Nordic equipment. Additional ones can be easily created/copied and stored indefinitely.

The machine is equipped with Teamviewer as standard, enabling fast, secure, and direct support worldwide.

Advantages:

  • Real-time remote diagnosis means analyzing errors and checking software settings without travel or waiting times
  • Efficient training & commissioning, instructions, parameterization, or software updates can be carried out efficiently via remote access

  • Minimal downtime, In the event of a malfunction, you receive immediate support, which reduces expensive downtime and increases your production reliability.

The extra-wide grinding stone can be set up for alpine skis in two zones for pre-grinding and structure grinding. For cross-country skis, there are even three zones for pre-grinding, base grinding, and structure grinding.Parallel processing on one stone saves a lot of time and material, as no intermediate dressing is necessary.

With the integrated structure simulator, both standard and custom structures can be created and digitally simulated.

Depending on the space available in the workshop, there are three installation options to choose from. As a stand-alone solution, the Slope Master S can be placed back-to-back with the DTS-U II Race. Both machines can also be set up anywhere in the room as stand-alone units. Ideally, they should be placed in a corner so that the ski can be placed directly into the inlet of the DTS-U II from the outlet of the Slope Master without having to walk. The third option is the Slope Master SK as a combined grinding machine for bases and edges with an installation length of less than 5 meters.

The Slope Master is ideal for small and medium-sized service workshops with limited space who want to benefit from the advantages of a fully automatic grinding machine.

The Slope Master automatically processes various types of skis and boards, including alpine skis, cross-country skis, twin tips, rocker skis, jump skis, and snowboards, without a binding bridge.

Slope Master S: Stand-alone version for automatic base grinding.
Slope Master SK: Combination of Slope Master S and DTS-U II RACE for fully automatic base and edge grinding.
