Efficient side edge pre-grinding

The newly developed "Edge Sanding Plate" from Reichmann is perfectly suited for side edge pre-grinding. This revolutionary grinding plate simultaneously removes the side edge during side edge pre-grinding. This eliminates time-consuming, manual work.

Quick change of discs

Within a few seconds, your disc can be exchanged without tools by means of the Reichmann "SwitchFix" quick-change system. This allows you to efficiently adapt your edge grinding machine to your requirements.

High-quality base edge tuning with mirror finish

The base edge tuning of the DTS-U II Race guarantees perfectly polished, burr-free edges for maximum safety and skiing pleasure. DTS-U II Race FAQ (EN)

The edge grinding machine requires a CEE 16A 5-pin plug.

With just one grinding stroke, all four edges of the ski are prepared to race standard. This saves a huge amount of time and is therefore also worthwhile for smaller workshops.

The polishing disc for the base edge ensures burr-free edges in race service quality. The shovel and ski tip are also ground, eliminating the need for manual reworking. The minimal removal of material by the polishing disc protects the sports equipment and ensures long-lasting value retention.

The HQT process stands for maximum edge precision on skis and snowboards. The use of ceramic discs for the side edges and circumferential polishing discs for the base edges creates a characteristic mirror finish. This process increases edge life and ensures optimum turning performance with maximum safety.

The machine has compact dimensions of 51.18 inches in length, 40.55 inches in width, and 64.96 inches in height, making it suitable even for small workshops.

A consistent, precise grind improves the skiing experience, reduces complaints, and increases customer satisfaction—a real competitive advantage, especially in ski rental.

The side edge angle can be individually adjusted between 86°–90°, and the base edge angle between 0.0°–2° – depending on riding style, area of use, or racing requirements.

A complete edge grinding takes around 30 seconds – ideal for high utilization in rental operations.
