The Reichmann SF-4 service robot supports ski rentals and sports shops with various amounts of service work (1.500 to 40.000 skis or snowboards) optimally. For the individual requirements, four different modules are available which can be chosen separately or in combination. Thus, the robot is individually customizable and offers an optimal use of space.
The SF-4 combines simple handling, shortest throughput times, low maintenance costs and perfectly reproducible grinding results.
The clever ski input and output ensures comfortable, ergonomic and efficient work. At the same time up to 8 skis can be loaded and unloaded automatically (with a ski length of up to 2.15m). This allows you to carry out ancillary activities at the same time, which saves you a lot of time.
With the brand new loading magazine for the SF-4 RACE, the loading and unloading is done completely automatically from a flexible ski transport carriage. Fill the carriage directly at the service counter, drive it to the service robot and dock it to the machine - that's all your service staff has to do. Use the time for other important activities!
Save time-consuming pairwise or even piecewise loading and unloading of the skis at the machine! Simply place the skis from the service counter or various shops directly in the mobile transport carriage. The filled carriage can be driven directly to the machine and docked, which eliminates time-consuming reloading. After docking, the service robot will do all the work by itself - including the pairwise loading of the skis into the machine and the return into the carriage. Your service staff can take care of other important tasks during this time. Benefit from an enormous time saving and get Reichmann service quality paired with a high throughput! The flexible carriage is available as a one-sided version for 8 pairs of skis or as a two-sided version for 16 pairs of skis.
The machine settings can be made intuitively via the new, extra large touch display. The selection of stored sequence programs ensures consistently good grinding results independently of the operator. For the base structure, a large portfolio of stored structures can be used.
With the special transport system the winter sports equipment is fixed in eight places over the whole length. This means that skis and snowboards can be ideally picked up by the machine and transported via the grinding modules, regardless of their surface, length and width.
The easily accessible filter can be changed quickly and effortlessly. Optionally, an automatic filter system is available.

On the 350mm wide stone, a wide variety of structures for skis and snowboards can be grinded. This gives the sports equipment optimum gliding properties and guarantees satisfied customers. When working on skis, high-efficiency pre-grinding and finishing structures can be used in parallel.
The two 165 mm wide grinding stones with matching dressing systems enable extremely efficient treatment of the skis. Thanks to the two parallel grinding stones, pre-grinding and structure grinding of the skis takes place in just one operation. This means significant time savings compared to other service robots.
Thanks to the HQT edge technology, you will receive burr-free and ready-to-race skis and snowboards in the shortest time while at the same time being gentle on the materials. A particularly wide range of winter sports enthusiasts can be served with regard to driving skills (from beginners to race-oriented riders) and ski types (freeride, carving, all-mountain, race).
With the new waxing module, you cover a further service step in the robot. Waxing and brushing is done in one machine run. Save yourself time-consuming, manual waxing and get ready-to-race skis directly out of the machine.
