Both side and base edges are simulaneously machined in just one pass using the proven HQT edging technology. The precisely ground edges from the DTS-U II Race with the characteristic mirror finish are directly ready to ride. Convince your customers with an extremely long edge life, best gliding characteristics and highest safety on the slope!
Efficient side edge pre-grinding
The newly developed "Edge Sanding Plate" from Reichmann is perfectly suited for side edge pre-grinding. This revolutionary grinding plate simultaneously removes the side edge during side edge pre-grinding. This eliminates time-consuming, manual work.
Quick change of discs
Within a few seconds, your disc can be exchanged without tools by means of the Reichmann "SwitchFix" quick-change system. This allows you to efficiently adapt your edge grinding machine to your requirements.
High-quality base edge tuning with mirror finish
The base edge tuning of the DTS-U II Race guarantees perfectly polished, burr-free edges for maximum safety and skiing pleasure. Since even the tip and tail are processed in the same operation, time-consuming manual reworking is no longer necessary. Ensure the best edge grinding results in the shortest processing time!
Angle adjustment made easy

With the new transport system of the DTS-U II Race, the loading of the skis and snowboards can already take place simultaneously with the base edge processing. This eliminates downtimes and you achieve an even higher throughput with gentle processing at the same time.
Since we have been using the DTS-U II Race, edge breaking has become a thing of the past. The multitude of possibilities when it comes to edge geometry leaves nothing to be desired, and you are able to deliver reproducible results that save the customer from nasty surprises later on the slopes.
