Constantly, fast service results

The SF-1 is a self-loading, fully automated tuning system period. Skis are transported from a loading rack into the machine where they are belted, followed by a stone pre-grind, and then a finish grind to the desired strucure. Edges are then simultaneously tuned using the Reichmann HQT system (Side edge and base edge sharpening and polishing). Skis then travel through waxer and polisher and then automatically feed to the unloading carosel, all at a high rate with a minimal worker input.

The newly developed, revolutionary feeding system by Reichmann combines gentle feeding at a high output rate with independent modular tuning using only the desired functions. A 12''-large, high-resolution touch panel enables simple and effective operator guidance. Built within the machine is a remote diagnostic system accesilbe through the internet for the highest availability of service and continued production.
